OUR HOTEL


Talk about a great place to stay..... the Hyatt Regency Orlando at the Orlando Convention Center... OMG this place is awesome! Anna and I have stayed here each year we've attended the Zumba convention. So convenient and where the entire place is abuzz with a flurry of activity, music, dancing, meet-ups, just an amazing experience. The staff of the hotel LOVE when ZINCON is here, they get to dress up in fun attire and love the music and the happiest vibe that engulfs the hotel. 

The meeting section of the hotel Zumba has a stage, the "We Move the World" stage where Zumba classes showcasing all the rhythms are going on constantly. So you can dance and/or enjoy the music in between your sessions. 

From our room it's a "short" walk to meeting rooms, ballrooms and/or a short walk via the skywalk to the main convention center for larger sessions, the Zumba Wear Store and Outlet and the Fitness Concert.

Imagine doing that several times a day!!!

 TIL NEXT YEAR.... Convention is over... all the signs are gone. All the people, well the majority, are gone. This morning was our final session and then an amazing closing ceremony. This afternoon Anna and I decided to go to a nearby mall just for a change of scenery on our last day together, and then take the traditional last walk through the hotel and convention center, remembering all the fun memories of the past week.  We do have a very big surprise for all my Gold students. I have to wait for “someone” to do “something” and then you’ll see. All I will say for now is that we got up very early this morning to work on it. 😊 Anna’s flight leaves at 10a tomorrow, mine leaves at 4p. I will see you all on Tuesday barring any flight delays! I miss you all so much!

And this week is our final week of looking back at previous conventions... the 2019 convention was the last one that was held due to the pandemic hitting us in 2020 and the unfortunate cancellation of the 2020 convention [insert very sad face here!] For me 2019 was a very "educational" convention...
